Come explore the playfulness and juicy stretches of yoga-in-relationship! Bring your friend, sweetheart, yoga buddy, or a family member to share your practice with. Releasing tension by offering and receiving support from others is a joy.This playshop is suitable for everyone, including beginners.

Expect creative and accessible stretches, opportunities for deep relaxation, lots of laughter… and chocolate.
