Are you an early riser who may want to joins friends in a meditation & yoga practice? Our doors are open to you, thanks to our community member, Steve Westin. 6:30 meditation for 25 min and then Yoga until 8. Donation-based. 

*Please note: No street shoes allowed in the studio. If you must wear shoes, the soles must be free of residue or anything that can be transferred onto our mat flooring.*

For new students, you may download and print our Waiver or fill it out in person! 

Please keep in mind it is ideal to arrive approximately 15 minutes before your first class, to complete a student waiver and get acquainted with our space and instructor. We discourage the use of any body fragrances due to sensitivities. Props and mats are available for use at no cost. Please keep your cell phones off or on silent during class.

*Aerial silk guidelines available here and in print at the studio. Members -only hammock time is a time to use the aerial silks to cocoon your being and balance your day with rest. Music available to enhance your experience. Times and availability subject to change.*

The Shift is a place for you to find ease within yourself. All of our classes are intended to inspire, not to push one's ego.
