In Qoya, you dance and feel free, connect with yourself AND with all of the other women! There is no other experience like it!

There are no special skills required, just the desire to move, and feel good! We move and stretch the entire body, listen to great music, and seek the pleasure in the movement!

Qoya is movement as medicine. It is based on this simple idea : through movement we remember.

We remember, as women, that our physical essence is Wise, Wild, and Free.

Wise Wild, and Free also draw reference to the movement forms practiced in a Qoya class.

Wise: inspired by the wisdom of yoga

Wild: reclaiming your true nature through the creative expression in dance

Free: the freedom to feel pleasure in the body through feminine movement

But Qoya is soooooooo much more than dancing, and good music. It is a way of living in your fullest expression of who you are. It is a way to tap into your greatest strengths, and your darkest night to be able to access ALL of you, to know that no matter what happens in life, you will be dancing.

Movement is metaphor, what would it feel like to literally and figuratively expand your heart? What would it feel like to be able to receive more, give more, and find pleasure in your day, your relationships, your business?

Marina Logan, Certified Qoya Teacher For me discovering Qoya was truly Love at first sight. I knew it was my life’s calling in the first class I took. It helped me remember on a cellular level that dancing is in my DNA. Every woman should have the permission to move the way it feels good. This experience is incredibly liberating for all ages, shapes or personality types. I am passionate about taking Qoya to all the women I encounter around the world. I hope you will be one of them.

When I teach qoya, my heart opens. I know deep down that authenticity shines through when you love what you do and you are doing just that. I feel connected to the women in the class and feel honoured in their presence. My nature is that of a nourishing mother and qoya gives me the space to be of service in the most loving way. And magic happens for all of us. By giving them this gift, I feel nourished myself as well. We all go away more of who we are. I am grateful and exuberant that I get to be a qoya teacher.
