Circles of Creative Harmony

Circles of Creative Harmony are formed when people come together with a shared intention to speak and listen to one another from the deepest part of themselves. Kathy, your facilitator, introduces a topic and gently guides the group toward a simple yet profound shift in focus...from our everyday speaking habits to allowing the conversation to build its own momentum.
From the We Space lineage, participants have the opportunity to create a whole new image of what the community/world could feel like. Circles of Creative Harmony is conscious dialogue. If you are wondering what you can do to create the change you want to see in the world, this is the event for you. The full experience will be a 4-part series, meeting June 15, June 29, July 13 and July 27. This series is $40 and all meet from 12:30-1:45pm.

5 rhythms dance event

5 Rhythms is a beautiful movement therapy practice, that takes the participant through 5 phases of exploration: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. You may have no idea what that means, but your body does. And Barbara will lovingly guide all participants through one's own personal expression of these elements. This event is fun, liberating, communal, a great workout, and transformative. No experience necessary. Just an open heart and mind. No shoes. Bring water--it can get sweaty!
