Chair and Standing Yoga (Wednesdays and Fridays)- A fun and nurturing hatha yoga experience without the fear or discomfort of getting up and down off the floor. Modifications and professional instruction ensure that you will gain strength, flexibility, balance and a deeper connection within. Instructor:  Emily Van Eman

Kundalini Yoga (Tuesdays)-The exercises and concepts most commonly associated with yoga are stretches, postures, meditation, and relaxation. Kundalini Yoga includes all these but also uses a wide range of rhythmic, sequential exercises incorporating breath and sometimes sound. Oxygen capacity is increased along with blood flow to the glands, resulting in heightened awareness and endurace so you can meet and overcome the challenges in your life. Always remember to honor your body and participate to the degree that you are comfortable. Kundalini Yoga is perfect for beginners, so join us even if you have never done any yoga. Gentle Therapeutic Yoga (Wednesdays)- Using a mix of chiropractic exercises and yoga therapy this class is perfect for conditions emblematic of the aging body and a wonderful way to distress from work mid-week. Suitable for all levels of experience it is helpful for the more advanced students, yet gentle and easy enough for the beginner. Class finishes with a long deep relaxation.  Instructor: Kathleen Sweeney

Gentle Yoga (Wednesdays and Fridays)-This well-balanced flow is a magical and inspiring blend of traditional postures, energetic therapy, and rehabilitative education. Transitions are smooth and clearly described for any new students. Regular practice will tone every system of the body and leave you feeling more connected to yourself, your purpose and the world. Every class is unique! Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor independently. Please come early to discuss any limitations. Instructor: Emily Van Eman

Level 1,2 Yoga (Sundays)- A slightly more energized version of Gentle Yoga. Come without expectations and sometimes a sense of humor as we play with interesting sequences and modifications for both more advanced and beginner practitioners. Every class is unique! Therapeutic Yoga (Tuesdays)- Slow, strong, meditative yoga that utilizes breath and posture to cultivate inner stillness, compassion, and self-trust while building physical strength, balance and flexibility. Learn practical applications of yoga tools to improve mental health and keep body systems in balance. Beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels of experience.  Instructor: Jenne Sluder

Intermediate Yoga Flow (Tuesdays)- This is a level 2,3 class, with more challenging flow, variations and detailed descriptions of anatomy and alignment. This class will cover traditional postures including inversions, creative spin-offs, and core-centered movements of all kinds! Come without expectations and ready to work. Instructor: Jenne Sluder

B.O.D.Y. Mapping- B.O.D.Y. stands for Branches Of the Divine You, and it specifically correlates to the nerve plexus of our chakra system. The chakras work independently and together to create a whole psycho-energetic system that systematically stores emotions and thoughts in the body. This class focuses on somatic therapy movements paired with breath, mantras, and self-loving guidance to open and tone each of the chakras to offer you a more balanced and aware presence with your Self. This class will be hold the same basic structure each week so you can see how you feel in each of the movements as you heal and evolve. All levels are welcome! Instructor: Emily Van Eman

Open Sling Relaxation (Thursdays)- Come kick off your shoes, and climb into one of our luxurious hammocks while soft music lulls you to a deep relaxation. Stay for 10 minutes or an hour! Each sling supports 2,000 lbs, so you are very safe, and they are OH SO COMFORTABLE! A donation of $5-10 is requested. Fascilitator: Emily Van Eman

Tai Chi Chih (Mondays and Thursdays)- This beautifully modified version of Tai Chi Ch'uan, consists of 19 gentle, graceful movements that can be done by almost anyone. Tai Chi works with the building blocks of the universe--yin and yang, bringing balance to the chi or energy within us and our lives. Instructor: Beverly Ward

Yoga Nidra Workshop (every 4th Sunday)- Gentle stretching, self-massage with essential oils, and a restorative yoga session set to soothing live music, culminate in a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra guides you to the twilight place between awake and asleep where ultimate relaxation resides, with an invitation to connect more deeply to life. Clinical research highlights the effectiveness of Yoga Nidra for increasing vitality, improving sleep, managing chronic illness, and relieving stress, anxiety, and depression.  Instructor: Jenne Sluder
